Design Build & Construction Management

Our design build process is adaptive to any project. The design and construction phase for each project are consistently in sync alleviating common construction scheduling gaps. The result is an accelerated delivery schedule of each Duro project, saving our clients time and carrying costs.

Clients come forward with a building concept, and then we spearhead project management, from commissioning an architect for the design, to obtaining permits and securing sub-trades, right to final inspection. Ultimately, we provide a turnkey package.

Spec Building

Many of our projects are constructed on “spec”, in anticipation of the market’s demand for quality commercial space. Duro will finance, purchase land, and then build office/warehouse space to predetermined specifications that offer flexibility to a variety of owner/occupiers from diverse industries.

Once the project is complete, the objective is to sell the real estate to perspective owners and realize a return on the investment. This may also involve custom interior improvements if requested by the owner.
